oh, this is what you do. You can private message people, make avatars (the pictures we have, I dont own a Rally-spec Evo VII), and all the good stuff in your User CP at the top of the page.(top-left)
And to add pictures, scroll down at the 'post screen' and you should see a manage attachments box, click that button, then browse for the saved pictures on your computer, and upload them, up to 4 at a time. The pictures can't be bigger than like 476 kb or something.
