    Spinners

I for one, like functional upgrades, such as slicks, headers, blowers, etc. I am very much against useless body kits, spoilers, stickers, lights, sterios, et all. But I have one exception: I love spinners. When I first saw a truck pull into a parking lot and the rims kept spinning, I loved it! I know it increases unsprung weight, can adversly affect handling, accelleration, and braking, but it looks so cool! Does anyone else agree with me?

Sort of, and it depends what your putting them on.
You can put them on an Escalade, but Hell no to a Ferrari.

i highly agree. if u wanna stand out and be flashy on the rode, spinners are ur answer (that is, if u have the right vehicle). But if ur one of those performance nuts ur gonna hate them. To me they look awesome, but the cars with spinners u see have drivers that have a certain status.

I think they're funny, I might get a set of hub-cap spinners down at K-Mart for a laugh.

I do like them, but as UK CARS said, not on a Ferrari or anything like that. They look really cool on big trucks and maybe some larger sedans (like a Chevy Caprice Classic or Impala SS [same car, hehe]). I heard there's talk of outlawing them, though .
No-so-proud owner of a 1986 Mustang LX with the 2.3L four. Anyone wanna buy it? $500. I'll post some pics and info in the user's rides section soon.

I don't need anything too fancy, just something that can get me to the sun and back in 5 seconds flat.

I wanna see a comparison test between the Saleen SR, Lamborghini Gallardo, Ford GT, and Ferrari Challange Stradale. Anyone wanna help me with that? I already know who'd win, though ;).

I don't really like spinners. They increase weight and hinder performance, which is why I don't like them.
