Chassis:
One of the first Ferraris clothed by Pinin Farina, chassis 0235EU was just one of two 212 Inters to receive this 'Cabriolet' bodywork by Turin-based 'carrozzeria'. Ordered new by Tony Paravano, the relatively luxuriously appointed 212 Inter was raced at the 1954 1000 km race at the Nürburgring, where it finished ninth. Like so many early Ferraris, it ended up in the United States. Passing through various hands, it eventually ended up in the collection of the current owner. He subsequently sent to Ferrari Classiche for a ground-up restoration. Immediately after the work was completed, the car was entered in the 2012 Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este where it received a mention of honour in its class.
