Chassis:
Constructed new for the 1991 edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, this XJR-12 was campaigned by John Nielsen, Andy Wallace and Derek Warwick. After starting in 24th, the finished 4th. In the following year the car was raced at Sebring and Daytona, sporting Bud Light colours. The best result was a class victory and second outright at Sebring. In the following years, the car was shown in the TWR museum, until the 2003 bankruptcy forced the collection to be liquidated. Restored to full running order, chassis 891 was returned to its Le Mans configuration. After a long hiatus from racing, the car returned to the track in 2018 when it was campaigned at the Le Mans Classic. Prepared by Phil Stott Racing, it has since been campaigned at several other events.
