Chassis: 001
The first 312 B produced, chassis 001 was used for most of the 1970 season by Jackie Ickx. He raced it to victory in the Austrian, Canadian and Mexican Grand Prix. Ickx raced the car twice more at the start of the 1971 season but with no notable results. For many years now, the first 312 B is in the Mas du Clos Collection created by the late Pierre Bardinon.
