Chassis:
The third BT23 built, this was a works car fielded by Motor Racing Developments in 1967 for Frank Gardner. At the end of the year, it was sold to Switzerland and in the following years, it had a very colourful history. Its subsequent Swiss and French owners campaigned the car with a variety of engines including a Renault Gordini four-cylinder. According to Oldracingcars.com, it has competed in a total of 64 contemporary races. Seen here at the 2005 Silverstone Classic still in French hands, it has since been sold to Australia.
