Chassis:
The final Nomad built, this is the lightweight Mk3 built by Bob Curl early in 1970. The third place finish at the Goldfields 3 Hours in South Africa was the marked the final appearance of a Nomad in period. Along with the Mk2, the third Nomad was sold by Konig in 1972. It has since been raced in historic events for many seasons. The BRM V8 has long since been replaced by a more serviceable engine; initially a Ford V6 and later a 3.2 litre Porsche flat 6. During one of its many outings, it is seen here at the 2002 Spa Six Hours.
