Chassis:
This Spezial Roadster was sold new in 1938 to a Dutch customer from The Hague. It changed hands once in The Netherlands before it was acquired by an American and shipped to the United States. Still in highly original condition, chassis 169384 returned to Europe in the early 2000s. Today it is once again in the hands of a Dutch enthusiast, who showed the car at the 2011 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance where Mercedes-Benz was the featured marque.
