The second of three chassis built for Greenwood's own use, this example was used extensively for testing and development during the 1974 season. In 1975, it ran as the 'Spirit of Sebring' car at Daytona and Sebring. Although it started on pole at Daytona and third at Sebring, it failed to finish on both occasions. Later in the season, it was also raced twice by Rudy Braun in 'Old Blue' livery. Presumed lost for many years, the car was eventually discovered and restored back to its Spirit of Sebring livery as used in 1975.
