Chassis:
The second aluminium Pinin Farina Berlinetta bodied 250 Europa GT built, this example was finished in blue and sold new to a French privateer. It was was raced in 1955 Mille Miglia by the owner and Jean Behra. Ahead of the next season, it was sold to an Italian, who continued to field the car, which finished third overall in the Coppa Europa at Monza. Like so many of its contemporaries, chassis 0383GT ended up in the United States. During the 1960s, it was damaged in a fire. Fortunately the remains could be salvaged and it has since been completely restored.
