Chassis:
Chassis 603 was only the third road car ever built by Duesenberg. It was clothed by the Fleetwood Metal Company, who were at the time still based in Pennsylvania. The body was also the very first Dual Cowl Phaeton produced by Fleetwood. Still fully functioning, the car was used on school runs through the 1950s and was eventually bough by a surgeon in 1972. He sold the car to the current owners in 2007, who had it completely restored by Arnold Schmidt. The restoration of the second ever Duesenberg sold to a customer was completed in time for the 2013 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, where it, quite remarkably, was lined up right alongside the first ever Model A sold to a customer.
