Chassis:
The final 911 GT1 '98 built, this was the second of two handed to the Zakspeed Racing squad. It was fielded in the FIA GT Championship for Alexander Grau and Andreas Scheld. They struggled throughout the year against the more potent, naturally aspirated rivals. The best result came at Silverstone where the German pairing finished fifth. Upon its return to Porsche, the car was re-liveried in works colours. Today, it is on permanent display in the factory museum in Stuttgart.
