Chassis:
This Frazer Nash Le Mans Replica was sold to Scottish gentleman racer T.A.S.O. (Thomas Alastair Sutherland Ogilvy) Mathieson in September of 1950. Among Mathieson's most famous outings with the Frazer Nash was at the 1951 Targa Florio where he ran as high as third when his fan belt snapped. He had also raced this car at Oporto and Pescara finishing ninth and fifth respectively. For the 1952 season, he replaced the Le Mans Replica with a larger engined Ferrari, which he used to win his class at the Targa Florio. Following a spell in Spain, chassis 121 is once again in Scottish hands and regularly raced in historic events.
