Chassis:
The most successful of the four Tyrrells built to this design, chassis 006/2 was raced by Jackie Stewart from April of 1973 and it proved instrumental in winning this third driver's World Championship. He debuted the car with a win in the non-championship International Trophy at Silverstone and would go on to win a further four Grands Prix. Jody Scheckter and Patrick Depailler both campaigned the car in 1974, with a second for the former at a non-championship race at Brazil as the best result. For many years, the World Championship winning Tyrrell was displayed in the Donnington Grand Prix Collection and it is now owned by one of Jackie Stewart's sons.
