Chassis:
This was the 33rd of a total of 54 M1 Procars constructed. It was used during the Procar rounds of the first four European Grands Prix of the 1979 season by Dutch touring car ace Toine Hezemans. He finished second at Zolder and a fortnight later placed fourth on the Monaco street circuit. Chassis 4301075's Procar career ended early after an accident at Silverstone damaged the suspension. Once repaired, it was entered in a few DRM rounds but with no results of note. Today, it is owned by a San Francisco-based enthusiast and BMW dealer, who has regularly campaigned the M1 Procar in historic events.
