Chassis: FW08-02
This is the second of six FW08s built by Williams for the driver's championship winning 1982 season. Chassis FW08-02 was not used for any of the Grands Prix that year and presumably served as a test car. The car has been retained by Williams and can today be admired in the team's private museum. At a rare outing it is seen here during the 2009 Goodwood Festival of Speed where Frank Williams' fortieth anniversary in Formula 1 was celebrated. FW08-02 was driven up the hill by Williams Grand Prix test driver Nico Hülkenberg.
