Chassis:
One of the Martini Racing Lancia works cars, this Delta S4 was raced on several occasions by Miki Biasion. The Italian used it at the Tour de Corse, Portuguese Rally and the Acropolis Rally, where he finished second. Later in the year, it was entrusted to young Swedish ace Mikael Ericsson in the Lombard RAC Rally. He led the rally early on but eventually had to retire with engine issues. The ex-works Lancia Delta S4 disappeared from sight in 1988 but has more recently resurfaced as part of a hugely impressive British collection of Group B rally cars.
