Chassis:
Replacing the chassis crashed at Monaco, this DN5 was first used by Jean-Pierre Jarier during the Belgian Grand Prix at Zolder. He failed to reach the finish, which was the start of a disappointing remainder of the season with an eighth in his home Grand Prix at Paul Ricard as the best result. Jarier continued to race this car throughout the 1976 season with a fifth in the International Trophy at Silverstone as the best result. Chassis DN5-4A's final contemporary came in January of 1977 when Renzo Zorzi retired from the Argentinean Grand Prix. Now restored to its 1975 configuration, chassis DN5-4A was raced at the 2010 Monaco Historic Grand Prix.
