The fifth and final Shadow DN3 built, this example was raced by Tom Pryce during the second half of the 1974 season. His best result was a sixth place finish in the German Grand Prix at the Nürburgring. In 1976, it was briefly raced in the ShellSport series by Mike Wilds. Passing through various hands, it was eventually sold to the United States. It has since been restored to full running order.
