Finished in the team's familiar white with a blue stripe livery, this Tipo 61 was first by Camoradi in the 1960 Nürburgring 1000 km. Piloted by Masten Gregory and Gino Munaron, it eventually finished fifth in the race by one of its sister cars. Later that year, chassis 2464 was acquired by Alan Connell, who had it re-painted a dark metallic blue. He raced the car during the 1961 in SCCA events with considerable success. It was later rebuilt around a small-block Ford V8 and continued to be raced. During the 1990s, it joined the stable of Dr. Thomas Bscher, who had it meticulously restored, retaining Connell's livery. He later sold the car to British collector and historic racer, Sir Irvine Laidlaw.
