Chassis:
Completed in 1962, this 250 GT California Spyder was delivered new to a customer in Michigan, United States. Reportedly, the car was fitted with closed headlights but the first owner did not like these and converted the car to open headlight configuration. The current owner, also from Michigan, bought the car from the first custodian in 1974. He has since returned to the car to the original, closed headlight configuration. Following the restoration, it has been shown occasionally at events in North American.
