This is a James Young bodied 4 1/4 Litre, which features the very rare James Young patented parralel sliding doors. Only a handful of the 4 1/2 Litres were fitted with this type of bodywork and it is very rare to see one in such mint condition. It was offered by Christie's in the 2003 Paleis 't Loo Concours d'Elegance auction, where it changed hands for just over EUR91,000.
