Chassis:
Originally fitted with a Hart four-cylinder engine, this B26 was sold new to Anthony R. Cicale from East Northport, New York. He raced the car in the Northeast Division of the SCCA where it finished runner up in 1974 and won the championship in 1975. Cicale also won the two-litre class at Mosport in 1976 and ran the car in the revived Can-Am series in 1977. The car was then sold to Joe Salyer, who would go on to race the car through to 1983. Its next owner, Roger Schroer, had the car converted to IMSA Lights specification with a full windshield, roof structure and B36-style tail in 1985. The handful of outings in this guise were not particularly successful. Chassis 74-05 then changed hands again in 1993, and was subsequently restored to its original Group 6 guise. It was raced in historic events in North America from the late 1990s until was sold to France in 2008. In 2016, it was sold through dealer RMD to a Scottish enthusiast. He had Martin O'Connell racing re-restore the car and prepare it for historic racing. O'Connell himself debuted the newly restored car at the 2017 Jarama Classic.
