Chassis:
Gangloff built just six Aravis Cabriolets, which featured a 2+1 seating configuration. Completed late in 1938, this example was sold new to a French pharmaceutical company owner, living in Dijon. He would own the car until 1950 and it remained in French hands until it was eventually exported to the United States in 1961. It has remained in American ownership ever since and the most recent custodian acquired chassis 57710 in the mid-2000s. Believed to be just one of three surviving Gangloff Aravis Cabriolets, it has recently been meticulously restored.
