The very first Koenigsegg production car, this CC 8S was extensively used for development and promotional purposes. It was originally painted silver but it was later finished in red. In 2005, it was equipped with a roll cage and used to set a new top speed world record at Nardo. Beating the McLaren F1's record, the CC 8S was clocked at 387.866 km/h. As of 2015, this very special Koenigsegg is still owned by Christian von Koenigsegg himself.
