Chassis:
Having covered over 100,000 miles in his own creation, Richard Bosley traded in the Mark I G/T in 1959 for a Corvette SR-2 racing car with GM dealer Dick Doane. He removed the tired HEMI V8 and intended to replace it with a supercharged Cadillac V8 but eventually never got around to it. Many years later, and in pieces, it was acquired by Californian collector Ron Kellogg, who had vivid memories of reading about the car in Road and Track when he was just a kid. Kellogg had the car completely rebuilt and fitted a fresh HEMI engine, equipped with an Edelbrock manifold, complete with six separate Stromberg carburettors. In the early 2000s, the unique Bosley joined the Petersen Museum collection.
