Chassis:
Originally finished red with a white circle around the grille, this was the first 275 GTB Competizione Clienti built for the 1965 season. It was acquired new by a Portuguese gentleman racer. He extensively campaigned the car in local events with some success well into the 1966 season. The subsequent owner painted the car metallic blue and it was later re-finished again in French racing blue. Apart from a spell in The Netherlands between 1977 and 1997, chassis 07271 has always been in Portuguese hands. The current owner has regularly raced the car in historic events throughout Europe.
