Chassis:
Originally finished in white with blue flanks, this Austin Healey 100S was sold new to Canadian privateer racer Hugh Sutherland. He first raced the car, repainted green, during the Bahamas Speed Week late in 1956. He would return to the Bahamas several more times for the traditional season finale. The final contemporary outings were during the early 1960s but Sutherland would go on to own the 100S for many more years. He retained the car until 2002. Its second owner has since campaigned this highly original 100S in historic events in North America.
