Chassis:
One of a pair of Lola T212s sold through the British manufacturer's European agent Jo Bonnier to Scuderia Filipinetti, chassis HU18 was raced by Bonnier himself. Sharing with Richard Attwood, he finished third overall and first in class in the 1971 Targa Florio. At the end of the year, Bonnier also won the Jarama 2 Hours outright. It was subsequently sold to Italy, where it was used in hill-climb events, powered at one point by a 1.3-litre Abarth engine. In more recent years, it was acquired by a Belgian historic racer with Italian roots. Prepared by MEC Auto, it has been raced extensively by him since 2015.
