Chassis:
Of the eight Tigas built to IMSA Light specification for the 1986, two were originally fitted with the Mazda twin-rotor engine. Sold new to Don Marsh, this is the first of that pair. Liveried in the distinctive Rusty Jones colours, it was raced in select IMSA rounds by Don Marsh, Kelly Marsh and Ron Pawley. The best result was a 13th overall and 2nd in class at the Riverside round. At the end of the 1986 season, it was retired from contemporary racing. Chassis 330 was sold on in 1987 and has eventually ended up in Europe. In 2015, it was brought to the Festival of Speed where Mazda was the featured marque.
