Chassis:
This 3-Louvre 250 GT Tour de France was sold to Belgian private racer Leon Dernier through Ecurie Francorchamps. Finished in red with a yellow stripe, it was raced with considerable success by Dernier during the 1958 season. At the end of the year, chassis 0763GT was damaged in an accident and the covered headlights were replaced by open headlights. The car remained in Belgium and was raced by a later owner during the mid-1960s. In 1974, it was acquired by French enthusiast Jean-Claude Bajol, who regularly competed in historic events with this car. During 2012, it was displayed by DK Engineering at various events. The current owner had the car re-fitted with the original covered headlights nose.
