Chassis:
The penultimate FW07B constructed, this chassis was used by Alan Jones during the second half of the 1980 season. Finishing third at the Hockenheimring, placing second in both the Austrian and Italian Grands Prix and clinching victories at Montreal and Watkins Glen, this car was instrumental for Jones to secure the World Championship. Awaiting the introduction of the new FW07C, Jones used chassis 09 a the 1981 season opening South African Grand Prix, where he failed to finish. Retained by Williams, it is today on display in the team's impressive museum.
