Chassis:
Shown at the 1963 New York Auto Show, this long-wheelbase 400 Superamerica was originally finished in red with a black interior. Its first private owner was Leo Holt from Chicago. It then changed hands several times before it was acquired by Jake Silberberg and Murray Cogan in 1986. They would own the car through to the early 2000s when it joined another Southern California collection. In 2004, it was comprehensively restored by Wayne Obrey's Motion Products. During the following years, it was shown at a variety events on both sides of the Atlantic. In 2021, it was consigned to Gooding's Pebble Beach Auctions.
