Chassis:
The third and final Type 77 built, chassis JPS14 served as a spare car for most of the 1976 season. Mario Andretti did race it three times with a fifth place finish in the Austrian Grand Prix the only result of note. Retired from contemporary racing at the end of the year, it was retained by Team Lotus through to 1987. It was then sold along with its sister car to a British car dealer. In more recent years, it has been part of the stable of an American historic racer, who has regularly campaigned the car on both sides of the Atlantic.
