Chassis:
A Schnitzer team car, this car was raced at select ETCC events by Stefan Belloff. At the end of the year, it was sold to Volker Strycek. The car was fielded by Gubin Motorsport for him in the new German Touring Car Championship, which would become the DTM. Strycek was very successful and was crowned champion in 1984. In subsequent ownership, it was raced through to the end of the 1986 season. Now in French ownership and restored to its 1984 championship winning livery, it is regularly raced in the Heritage Touring Cup.
