Chassis: BT34-1
The unique BT34 was built specifically for Graham Hill to race during the 1971 season. He used the car to win the International Trophy at Silverstone, which was Hill's last ever Formula 1 win. In the championship races, he could do no better than fifth at the Austrian Grand Prix. It was raced into the 1972 season, first by Hill again and later by Carlos Reuteman and Wilson Fittipaldi. Reuteman added another victory to the car's tally by winning the non championship Brazilian Grand Prix at Interlagos. The one-off machine was retired from contemporary racing at the end of the year. It has been owned by an Irish collector and historic racer, who campaigned the car until the early 2000s.
