Chassis:
Completed early in 1968, this DB6 Volante was sold new to a London lawyer through dealer H.R. Owen. It was originally finished in a metallic Chrome Aluminium with a black Connolly leather interior. The car remained in British hands until it was sold to an enthusiast in The Netherlands during the early 1990s. By the start of the following decade, it returned to the United Kingdom and most recently changed hands in April of 2006. During the early 2010s, it was completely restored by Aston Martin Works and R.S. Williams ltd. The car was re-sprayed silver and the interior was re-trimmed with original, 'last of the roll' Connolly leather. Still in pristine order, it was consigned to headline the 2017 Bonhams Aston Martin Sale.
