Chassis:
Among the very last L6.4s built by Ghia, this example was sold new to Rat Pack member Gary Morton. Soon after, it was sold to singer Dean Martin, who had already owned an earlier example as well. He immediately sent the car to legendary customiser George Barris for some personal touches. Among them was a completely new interior complete with fitted luggage and a gun holster mounted under the driver's seat. Barris also did some work on the exterior, which most likely included the oval headlights and chrome wire wheels. After Dean Martin, chassis 0325 was owned for many years by (Dual-)Ghia enthusiast Sid Craig, who beautifully preserved the car. Apart from a respray many years ago, the car has survived in highly original condition. With just 37,538 miles on the odometer, it was acquired in 2009 by a Dutch collector. His passion for this particular car started at a very young age as he owned a model of it while growing up. After picking up the car, he brought it back to Dean Martin's old house before shipping it back to his base in Europe. It has since been shown at the 2017 Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este.
