Chassis:
This 911 Carrera RS 2.7 Touring was sold new through French distributor Sonauto to a French industrialist from Avignon. She later sold the car to a professor of medicine. A subsequent owner repainted the 911 black with gold stripes, inspired by the JPS-sponsored Grand Prix cars. During the 1980s, it was restored to its original livery by the founder of the French Porsche 356 club. In 1990, chassis 911 360 0343 joined the collection of Porsche enthusiast Jean-Claude Miloé. In 2015, it was submitted to a ground-up restoration as the car started to show its age somewhat. Still fresh from the restoration, Miloé consigned the car, along with three other Porsches from his stable, to the 2018 Artcurial Retromobile sale.
