Chassis:
Through American distributor Carl Haas, this T600 was sold new to the Cooke-Woods Racing team. It was fitted with a Porsche turbo engine and entered for Le Mans. Despite the combined driving efforts of Bobby Rahal and Brian Redman, chassis HU02 failed to qualify for the race. Disappointed with the lack of performance, Cooke-Woods Racing focused on running their Chevrolet-engined T600 and this T600 was not raced again. Ralph Cooke sold the car to Steven Wieneck from Wieneck Motorsports, who fitted the car with a Chevrolet V8. In this guise, it was acquired by Peter Kaus from the Rosso Bianco collection in 1986. It remained on display in his museum for almost two decades. Following the break-up of the collection, it passed to a British enthusiast and in 2017, it joined a French collection. Fitted with a Chevrolet V8, it was shown by the Ascott Collection at Retromobile in 2018. Shortly thereafter, it was acquired by a Swiss historic racer, who first campaigned the car at the 2019 Espiritu de Montjuic in Barcelona.
