Chassis:
The very first B192, this car was allocated to Michael Schumacher for the Spanish Grand Prix. The young German qualified the all-new Benetton second on the grid. He managed to hold on to that position to score his highest Formula 1 finish to that date. During the subsequent San Marino and Monaco Grands Prix chassis B192-01 served as a spare car. Not used again, this car never suffered an accident. Beautifully restored and fitted with a correct Ford Cosworth HB engine, it is in full running order. In the spring of 2018, it was consigned to the RM Sotheby's Monaco sale.
