A Team Lotus works car, this Type 21 debuted in the hands of Jim Clark at the Italian Grand Prix. Starting seventh, Clark collided with Wolfgang von Trips, who had lost control at the end of the first lap and sadly crashed fatally. Not raced in a Grand Prix again, chassis 934 was eventually repaired and its most recent owners have campaigned it in historic events.
