Chassis:
The first FW07C built for the 1981 season, this example debuted with a win in the United States Grand Prix West in the hands of defending World Championship Alan Jones. The Australian continued to race this car through to the summer of 1981 but could do no better than second in Brazil and fourth in Argentina. Its final contemporary outing was at the British Grand Prix where Jones crashed out. In the most recent years, the car joined the stable of a Belgian historic racer, who has successfully campaigned the car in the FIA Masters Historic F1 Championship.
