Chassis:
One of four interim 126 C2Bs built for the start of the 1983 season, this chassis was raced exclusively by René Arnoux. The Frenchman raced the car six times, finishing third in the US GP West at Long Beach and scoring a victory in the Canadian Grand Prix. Chassis 064 ended its career on a high as the Canadian Grand Prix was its final contemporary outing. A few years later, it joined the formidable collection of French enthusiast Jack Setton. He retained the car for many years, until it was finally acquired by a Swiss Ferrari enthusiast. With the help of Egon Zweimuller, he had the car carefully restored by the same Scuderia Ferrari mechanics that had built the car in the first place.
