Chassis:
Built ahead of the 1999 season, this Viper GTS-R was campaigned by Team Oreca in that year's FIA GT Championship. It was driven to victory in the first two rounds of the season by Jean-Philippe Belloc and Dominique Dupuy. C20 was also victorious at the penultimate round of the 1999 FIA GT with Belloc joined for the occasion by David Donohue. Dupuy then raced the car in the FFSA GT Championship from 2000 through to 2003, usually with Francois Fiat as the co-driver. They were hugely successful, winning the championship both in 2000 and 2001. Ahead of the 2004 season, Dupuy sold the car to Jean-Luc Blanchemain, who would continue to race the dominant Viper in the FFSA GT series until the end of the 2006 season. Chassis C20 was subsequently acquired by Luxembourg-based dealer and Viper enthusiast Florent Moulin. It was eventually sold on to one of Moulin's customers and today once again wears the livery of its debut season when it was raced by the works Team Oreca.
