Chassis:
Sold new to Pierre Philips, this car debuted in the American Le Mans Series towards the end of the 2000 season. During the 2001 season, it was campaigned on both sides of the Atlantic by the Roock-Knighthawk team. It was classified first in class at the Sebring 12 Hours despite not finishing the race. It also competed at Le Mans but dropped out due to overheating issues. The car was raced with limited success at the start of the 2002 season and was not pressed back into service until 2004, when it was brought back out by new owners Van der Steur Racing. The team campaigned the car into the 2006 season by which time it was fitted with an AER four-cylinder turbo engine. It has since been restored back to its Nissan V6 configuration and returned to racing in 2019 when it competed in the Paul Ricard round of the Endurance Racing Legends series.
