Chassis:
The very first production Viper built, this is the very example that was revealed at the world debut press conference by Lee Iacocca, Carroll Shelby and Bob Lutz. It was then used for a press tour before being entrusted to its first private owner; none other than Lee Iacocca himself. He retained the car until his passing in 2019, covering less than 6,500 miles. From Iacocca's estate, it was consigned to 2020 Bonhams Scottsdale Auction where the first Viper off the line sold for a record breaking $285,500.
