Chassis:
The only brand new Fittipaldi F7, this car was first used in practice at the season opening Argentinean Grand Prix. Rosberg crashed the car, so the team opted to race the sister car. The Fin crashed it in practice again at the Brazilian Grand Prix. It finally made its Grand Prix debut at Long Beach, where Rosberg sadly failed to finish. For the next couple of outings it served as the spare car, and it was then used by Rosberg in his thwarted effort to qualify for the British Grand Prix. Not used in period races again, it was eventually acquired by a Dutch enthusiast. He had the car rebuilt and entered it for the 2018 Monaco Historic Grand Prix. Fittingly, he raced the car with a replica of Rosberg's helmet.
