Chassis: 121
Chassis 121 was the final 641 F1s built for the 1990 season. It was first used by Alain Prost in the August 26 Belgian Grand Prix at Spa. The Frenchman finished second at the car's debut and repeated that feat at Monza. Prost also used it to win the Spanish Grand Prix. He was in chassis 121 when Ayrton Senna unceremoniously punted him out of the race and the chase for the championship during the start of the Japanese Grand Prix.

After its contemporary racing career, chassis 121 was sold to an American collector. Some years later it moved across the Pacific into Japanese hands. In 2008 it was restored to full running by the Ferrari Corse Clienti for the pricely sum of EUR110,000. A year later it was offered in RM Auctions' Ferrari - Leggenda e Passione sale. Here it was acquired by a British based American collector for EUR352,000. Fresh from the auction it was shaken down during the Modena Trackdays a few weeks later.
