One of three cars built for PMC Motorsport's 1985 European F3000 Campaign, this FW08C was never actually delivered to its customer. It was eventually completed in the early 1990s by Williams as a museum exhibit. By the early 2000s, it was finally restored to full running order in time for a debut at the 2004 Goodwood Festival of Speed. Since then, the very last Cosworth DFV engined Williams, has regularly been shown and demonstrated at events like the Goodwood Festival of Speed and Monaco Historic Grand Prix.
